Compass is built on Salesforce Pro Suite — the edition that supports the custom apps and role-based configuration that Compass depends on. Our relationship with Salesforce reflects our conviction that it's the right CRM platform for the businesses we serve in our SMB practice.

Our Partnerships Reflect Expertise — Not Vendor Bias
NovoCircle is a vendor-agnostic advisory practice. That means we don't lead client engagements with a vendor recommendation — we start with the problem, the organizational context, and the constraints. The platform recommendation follows from that analysis, not from a partnership arrangement.
Our Microsoft and Salesforce partnerships exist because those platforms are the right tools for specific client segments we serve — not because those relationships generate revenue for us through referrals or co-selling. We earn from client engagements, not from vendor programs.
The Compass SMB practice being built on Salesforce Pro Suite is a deliberate product decision. After evaluating the small business CRM landscape, Salesforce Pro Suite offered the best combination of configurability, custom app support, ecosystem depth, and long-term scalability for the businesses in our SMB practice. Starter Suite is not an option for Compass because it does not support custom apps — a capability that Compass's role-based configuration requires. That conviction, not a revenue relationship, is why Compass is built on Salesforce Pro Suite.
