How We Deliver

All NovoCircle training is delivered as private group sessions for your organization. We do not run public open-enrollment classes.

Remote-First Delivery

All courses are designed and optimized for remote delivery via Microsoft Teams or your preferred video platform. Participants need only a computer and their M365 account. On-site delivery is available on request.

Private Group Sessions

Every session is private to your organization. This means we can calibrate examples, exercises, and discussion to your actual tools, processes, and team context — not a generic audience.

Flexible Scheduling

Sessions are scheduled around your team’s availability. Multi-session courses like Copilot Foundations are typically delivered one session per week, but cadence is configurable. We can also run intensive formats.

Minimum cohort size is 5 participants. Maximum recommended cohort is 25.
