What You Subscribe To Directly

The Compass subscription fee covers NovoCircle's deployment, configuration, and management services. Some platforms included in your edition require you to hold a direct licence with the vendor. These costs are separate from your Compass subscription.

Salesforce Pro Suite is required. Compass is built on Salesforce Pro Suite (~$100/user/mo), which you subscribe to directly through Salesforce. Starter Suite is not compatible with Compass because it does not support custom apps — the capability Compass relies on for its role-based configuration.

Book a Compass discovery call and we'll confirm which edition is the right fit, then walk you through the subscription and deployment process.

You hold the Salesforce licence directly. NovoCircle helps you configure and manage it. Adding users to your Salesforce account is done through your Salesforce admin credentials.

The deployment is available as Compass QuickStart ($1,850 one-time) or QuickFix ($2,100 one-time). The subscription price covers ongoing management — not the initial deployment service.

Compass subscriptions are 12-month commitments. You can choose monthly or annual billing; annual billing is available at a reduced rate.
