We have made a deliberate decision that Salesforce Pro Suite is the right platform for small businesses at five to thirty employees — and we have built our entire SMB practice around making it work. Compass requires Pro Suite because Starter Suite does not support custom apps, which are central to how Compass configures the platform for each role in your business.

NovoCircle handles setup, configuration, and ongoing management — including updates, release testing, and support. Three editions are available: Orient (CRM foundation), Navigate (adds Microsoft 365 and AI intelligence), and Explore (adds financial integration, outbound prospecting, and contract automation).
A consultant delivers a project and leaves. Compass is an ongoing subscription that includes both the initial deployment and continuous management. NovoCircle stays in your technology stack as long as you subscribe.
All three are paths to the same destination — a live Compass subscription. QuickStart ($1,850) is for businesses new to Salesforce who want NovoCircle to handle the entire deployment. QuickFix ($2,100) is for businesses that already have Salesforce but it is not working — NovoCircle assesses, remediates, and retrains. DIY Deployment is for businesses with an in-house Salesforce administrator who can own the configuration using NovoCircle's step-by-step instructions.
Compass requires Salesforce Pro Suite, which is approximately $100 per user per month, billed directly by Salesforce. Starter Suite is not compatible with Compass because it does not support custom apps — the capability that Compass uses for its role-based configuration. Your Salesforce licence is purchased directly from Salesforce and is not included in any NovoCircle fee.
Every Compass subscription includes initial platform deployment (or access to the DIY deployment guide), ongoing platform monitoring and management, Salesforce release management three times per year, a named support channel with NovoCircle, and access to the full role-based user guide and training video library. Underlying Salesforce licences are purchased directly from Salesforce.
Yes. Compass editions are designed to be additive — Orient is the foundation, Navigate adds to it, Explore adds to Navigate. You can upgrade at any subscription renewal.
